Shipping policy

1、Currently we can deliver to the following countries or regions: United States, and most countries and regions. (Excluding Sudan, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria)

2 The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

(1) Order processing time: usually 1-2 business days.

It is the time elapsed between the time the customer places the order and the time the seller hands it over to the delivery service.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.

Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through

Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we will take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

(2) Shipping Time: Usually 5-14 business days. 

In general, the estimated delivery time is only 6-16 business days (including order

processing time). Due to COVID-19, delivery time may be longer.

3.Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will

resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. Address change.

Once a package is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at

5.Delivery time overrun

Due to covid-19, there may be delays in international shipping. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email service@nasirwatch.com or call +86 18850339640 within 24 hours of placing your order. We will verify the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6.Order Cancellation

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

7.About taxes

Customers must pay their own taxes to customs, but in most cases, customers do not need to pay customs duties. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out the current rates and taxes before placing your order. If you urgently need our products before placing an order, please contact us. (Tax bearer, make adjustment according to actual operation)

8.Please note: All orders are dispatched from USA. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
